Juan “Pancho” Jasso started his career in the industry 13 years ago. His journey from dishwasher to Executive Chef of Nick and Sam’s Park Cities is one of grit, passion, and hard work. When Pancho started in the restaurant industry it was just a job to pay for bills and beers, but it turned into a passion for the art and cuisine. He cut his teeth cooking with great mentors in Cajun restaurant and he has brought big and bold flavors to the family friendly steakhouse Nick and Sam’s Park Cities.
