Biography

Born in Morocco, Chef Rachid El Yamani cumulates over 20 years of culinary experience. He occupies the position of Executive Chef at the Legends Kitchen, in the Ford Center at the Star, home of the Dallas Cowboys.

Between 2003 and 2008 he worked as The Executive Chef of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, spearheading the Culinary Operations of multimillion-dollar Resort and Casino in Tampa, Florida. Bringing his exquisite palate and creativity to everything he touched, including Mediterranean Style fine dining restaurant, Marketplace style restaurant and 10,000 square feet of catering operations.

Chef Rachid worked his way up through one of the most prestigious establishment of Florida. In 2012 , he had the opportunity to lead the Culinary operations of Jackson’s Bistro. For 4 years he delighted guests with his refined cuisine.

He holds several awards , among them, winning the first place of Florida Regional Chef Competition in 2003 and 2004, he was also selected twice as the “Regional Chef of the Year” (2004 & 2005).

El Yamani, as a polyglot, well traveled , organized and passionate person is another superstar member of the Dallas Cowboys Football Organization, his eye for detail , amazing leadership and commitment to quality makes the chef a very essential asset of the team.
