Primary Responsibilities & Duties:

Reporting to the CEO, the Program Director oversees the coordination and administration of all aspects of ongoing programs including planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling KidLinks’ program activities.

Leadership:

Develop and implement strategies that will maximize the synergies across program areas.

Team Management and Development:

Work with staff to develop objective performance measurements across all program team, to ensure consistent, high-quality evaluation and goal setting for all employees.

Program Operational Management:

Lead development of score card and program dashboard; establish consistent, objective program performance standards of accountability and be responsible for meeting program goals.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree in a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a team management role
  • Demonstrated success developing and evaluating program models, and selecting and successfully operationalizing innovative programs
  • Proficient in using technology as a management reporting tool and experience in developing and implementing program evaluation systems
  • Strong project management skills managing multifaceted projects resulting in measurable successes and program growth
  • Experience having worked with a high-performance, collaborative, constructive peer group
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to details
  • Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to and passion for KidLinks mission
  • Proficiency in the use of computers for word processing, databases, spreadsheets, email and internet.

Benefits:

While KidLinks does not currently offer medical benefits, we do offer generous vacation, sick leave and holiday-off, employer matched Simple IRA, work site flexibility and cell phone allowance. Compensation commensurate with experience.
