I Am So Enough is a KidLinks favorite filled with reminders that we are all enough just by being who we are. Creating this ‘I am sunshine’ will encourage children to take time to think about the positive things they are and build up their confidence and self-esteem. This is the perfect physical reminder to place throughout the house or classroom so they can remember how truly amazing they are.

Supplies Needed

• Construction paper
• Markers
• Scissors
• Clothespins

Directions

1. Cut out a circle with yellow construction paper
2. Write ‘I am’ in the center
3. Talk about what the child feels are their best qualities and attributes and put them on each clothespin
4. Attach each clothespin in a circle to create sunshine.
