Supplies Needed

• Jar
• Construction paper
• Scissors
• Markers

Directions

1. Cut out strips of construction paper
2. Write acts of kindness on each strip of paper
3. Fold and place in jar
4. When you are ready to spread kindness grab one!
5. Acts of kindness can include: helping to make dinner, hugging a friend, saying something kind to someone, writing a note to a friend, taking flowers to someone, opening the door for a stranger etc.
